Junior Astronomers premiere new single on NYLON

Junior Astronomers are set to make some pretty big waves, as their newest track just premiered on NYLON, who say "Junior Astronomers Are The Indie Nostalgia Band We’ve Been Dreaming Of."

"That's Why" is a rambunctious rock song-- ferocious guitars, bombastic drums and vocals pushed to their very brink make for a rollicking jam. Not only does this song pack a punch, it also has got catchy riffs that will hold you with your finger hovering over that play button to start it for the millionth time. This song is taken from Junior Astronomers upcoming album, Body Language, which will be out June 9 via Refresh Records. My Education premiere 'Schiphol' stream in full at Impose

Earlier today, Austin's My Education debuted the stream of their new album Schiphol a few days before its official release date over at Impose Magazine. You can head over there to stream it in full and fill up on the instrumental, post rock, style that the band does well on this newest release. Impose has nothing but praise for My Education: "this band knows how to evoke emotion simply by layering instrumentals in such an elegant and thought-provoking way." The Wild Now premiere new video on PopDust

The Wild Now have shared the first video from their upcoming EP over at PopDust. The Austin duo stars in the hypnotizing video for "Run For Your Life," and the track is a catchy pop tune with infectious guitar riffs and sugary vocals-- you'll be hard pressed to keep still when the band launches into the chorus. FLOOD Magazine premieres new video from My Education

My Education are ramping up to release their newest album, Schiphol, very soon on March 3rd via Headbump Records. Today, they've premiered a new video for their stunning track, "Class A," over at FLOOD Magazine, which you should definitely check out. The instrumental progressive track is accompanied by scenes of wandering the world and the music implores you to do the same with its winding changes in tempo and swells and ebbs of gorgeous instrumentation. Omega Vague share first single from Aversion/Reversion

Omega Vague is the solo project of the ever-prolific Craig Douglas, whose work spans many genres including dreampop, shoegaze, and darkwave. With a new LP slated for April 28 release, Douglas shared a new single today via Somewherecold, who said it "recalls the hazy days of Pink Floyd mixed with the electronic prowess of M83."

Oak House share new track at CoS

Athens/Atlanta band Oak House will see the release of their sophomore LP April 7, and today they've shared a new cut from the album. "Cut that Out" is Part 1 of frontman Gresham Cash's Kafka-inspired dream and Consequence of Sound has the premiere.
