Oak House premiere new video at Treble

Oak House have a new video for "Cut That Out" and Treble has the premiere. The video shows a man discovering the band's song and the journey that ensues when he dons the headphones. The track itself is a winding journey through indie rock genres-- what starts as a tight knit combination of unnerving synth, electric guitar and simmering percussion slowly devolves into a grunge tinged banger and you can take a peek below. Oak House are just about to embark on tour--be sure to check if they're coming to your town.

Oak House premiere stream of 'Hot or Mood' at Paste

It's a big week for Athens, GA's Oak House, as they will be releasing their sophomore record, Hot or Mood this Friday. Lucky for us, they've premiered a stream of that album in full a bit early over at Paste. While you should take a listen and hear for yourself, Paste has high praise for the album, lauding how "the songs blend together atmosphere and chaos, veering too left of center to be anthemic but containing an undeniable sense of symphonic grandeur." Go stream Hot or Mood exclusively at Paste and get stoked for its official release this Friday, April 7th.
