Athens, GA’s Easter Island will reveal a sequence of videos leading up to their release of new album Take All The Time You Think You Need, due out at the end of the year. Today is the first installment, a gorgeous look at their home town durning the times of quarantine and distancing.
Motel Black release their newest since the Culture Shock EP which The Noise Boston labeled the band's sound like an amalgamation of alt/indie/stoner rock, adding, "The music hits hard. It’s stealthy, and wastes no time." The band creates socially aware songs that tackle issues in Boston that are relevant to most American cities: racism, substance abuse, gentrification, love, death, the school-to-prison pipeline, and changes in urban landscapes.
