Narrow Head share new single "Bulma"

Narrow Head are embarking on a tour of the West Coast and have a new album in the works, but for now, they've shared a fuzzy new single over at New Noise Magazine. The track, "Bulma," harkens back to your 90s emo days--distorted guitars, hazy vocals and tight drumming makes this one meant to be played at a high volume. New Noise thinks this song soars: " The track feels at one with the sky above, giving a warm atmosphere that shines through the cloudier of days." Take a listen below and check out if Narrow Head will be in a city near you soon.

Eric Benoit preps sophomore album, shares lead single

Eric Benoit will be releasing his sophomore album at the end of this month and from Heartrender, he's shared a new track called "Taos." Earbuddy has the premiere of the song, which is a mostly mellow and intimate number about the trials of a brief but devastating relationship. Relying mostly on the stripped sound, Benoit crafts a simple and beautiful song that begs you to listen again, but not before it explodes at its end. His new album, Heartrender, will be out on January 26.

Kid Dakota shares lead single from 5th studio album

Minneapolis-based Kid Dakota (aka Darren Jackson) has announced the February 9 release of his newest body of work, Denervation, his fifth full-length studio album, and first in over six years. The album was written during an extremely challenging period for Jackson, after a horrific and debilitating motorcycle accident. "I spent three months on my back trying to imagine what my life would be like after such a traumatic transformation. 'The Convalescent' is the product of my moribund musings."
