All Songs Considered previews new Kramies, Lytle, Kyle split

Jason Lytle of Grandaddy, Kramies Windt, and Kyle Field of Little Wings have created the first ever split-trio! The three friends and songwriters conceptualized a release featuring a new song from each artist using only one instrument and one microphone, recorded at home with zero studio frills. PopMatters debuts double video from Young Fools EP

Portland synth-pop duo Small Million share new video for the final two track off their Young Fools EP today via PopMatters, who say their sound is “innovative and darkly captivating, capable of pulling audiences in with pop-accessible hooks only to keep them around for the scintillating stories and sounds that come with them.” Dive into the gorgeous visuals below and keep an eye out for the EP on October 12.

Danny Golden shares new video on Billboard

Danny Golden has dropped the second single from his upcoming sophomore LP, Old Love. Whereas his first single was a graceful, nostalgic americana tune, “Hangover” is a wild alt-country romp into oblivion. Kramies shares new song ft Jason Lytle of Grandaddy

Denver-based indie folk troubadour Kramies will be releasing a new EP on Hidden Shoal Records this fall. Today, Clash Magazine has premiered a new track featuring and produced by Jason Lytle of Grandaddy. Kramies says of the video, “The inspiration came from my obsession with folklore, ghosts and spirits, and the imagery of old haunted castles. The video became this artful combination of old world combined with whimsical animation." Check it out below and grab a free download of the track via Bandcamp HERE.
